BMHA is committed to providing quality affordable housing. BMHA operates developments throughout Butler county providing housing assistance to the income eligible population of our area.
BMHA’s public housing application may be downloaded below. Please be aware that applications can be presented in person at BMHA’s main office (4110 Hamilton Middletown Rd, Hamilton Ohio 45011) or submitted via fax at (513) 868-5290.
NOTE: Beginning September 3, 2019 at 8am EST pre-applications will be accepted online.
The pre-application link will work on computers, laptops, tablets and on smart phones. Only one application per person may be submitted. Duplicates will be rejected. It is the policy of BMHA to provide reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities so they can participate equally in its housing program.
