This meeting will include an executive session pursuant to R.C. 121.22 (G)(1), “…To consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual, unless the public employee…”  This meeting is set at least 72 hours in advance and established pursuant to R.C. 121.221 and the Board’s adopted virtual meeting policy.
